The new housing building is divided horizontally into three main parts: town houses, flats and double-storey penthouses.

The three-fold character of the building is mirrored in the façade, in the town houses, in the flats and in the penthouses including a double façade for plants to grow.

The emphasis on the mix of typologies intends to create diversity, offering several choices to future users, simulating a mini-neighbourhood within a building.
