Development for an abandoned railtrack- area close to Augsburgs mainstation. A metabolic structure in the shape of a tube is being put into the urban wilderness. The tube contains all urban facilities similar to a highstreet. The adjoining dwellings are connected both to the city and to the tube by elevated platforms, so-called Tentakles. Heavy traffic and logistics are located underneath the tube.
