Jack of all trays

The special Model Jack of all Trays is based on a very simple fact: one person can only be at one place at one time. The model makes unused space that surrounds us in an urban context usable for the neighbours. Cells inside a shape ( building with flexible skin) have the capability to grow or to shrink, dependent of the state of utilisation. An unused cell shrinks and gives space to those cells that need it.
