Talk on Site with Alps View, Brezn and Weißwurst

After one-hundred years of existence as as 4-storey building the House nº2 in the Hörwarthstrasse in Munich grows into 6 storeys with 3 duplex Penthouses. In a Guided-Tour through the building site the types of flats separated by one-hundred years will be shown side by side. The design contents, the organizational and economical aspects of the project will be explained. At the end the visitors are invited to take part ina talk over a Bavarian breakfast, that will conduct to a brainstorming about the (dis)advantages of existing buildings and the densifying possibilities in urban planning in existing cities, and the surplus of architecture that it can bring.
